Situated nearly a 20-minute stroll from Pukekawa, the 5-star smoke-free Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments boasts a fitness studio, as well as 6 treatment rooms. There is a boat dock near this Auckland hotel, and guests can easily reach the tree-filled Albert Park which is only 500 metres away.

Location

Featuring a central location merely 5 minutes on foot from the Britomart Place, the hotel lies approximately 5 minutes on foot from Constitution Hill. The Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments is also just 1.3 km from Fullers Ferries and just 650 metres from Waitemata Harbour.

Guests might as well visit Parliament Reserve, which is about a 5-minute stroll away. Families travelling to Auckland will enjoy being 4.2 km from SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's Aquarium.

SkyCity Terminal bus station can be found not far from Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments, and Victoria Park Market is around 10 minutes' drive away.

Rooms

The rooms overlook the city and feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels along with a minibar, coffee and tea makers. There is also a private bathroom. Providing a separate toilet and a shower, some bathrooms come with towels.

Eat & Drink

Tapestry Grill restaurant looks out onto the city and specialises in European cuisine. Guests can relax at the on-site lobby bar. There is also a restaurant with different European dishes in the area.

Leisure & Business

The Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments offers a sun terrace, a shared lounge, and barbecue grills and an indoor pool with swimming pool toys. The accommodation offers a personal trainer and yoga instruction for active leisure. Onsite relaxation opportunities include a steam room, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and a foot bath along with reflexology, body wraps, and spa service.

“This hotel emphasizes wellness, from its full-service spa to a heated indoor pool that blurs the line between indoors and out. Residential-style suites with full kitchens offer a home-like feel, a smart choice for extended stays in the Auckland CBD. While a recent guest noted service hiccups during a busy period, the consistently high praise for the breakfast buffet suggests a worthwhile trade-off.”

Review summary
Based on recent reviews

Guests consistently praise the spaciousness of the rooms and apartments, especially the deluxe corner apartments which offer amazing views over the harbour and botanic gardens, sometimes even 270-degree views. The hotel's health spa area is a highlight, featuring a well-maintained, heated 25-meter indoor swimming pool ideal for lane swimming, though some guests have noted that it can get crowded with children at times. Its location allows for convenient walks to Queen Street and Britomart, and several have noted that the buffet variety is fairly average.

mixed experience

small portion uncomfortable sofas
The cheeseboard i ordered from the bar was disappointing. i was only allowed to choose two cheeses from the three available. the portion sizes were small. I could have eaten the entire amount on just a couple of crackers. at $45, it seemed like a complete rip-off. I won't order that again, and this will be my last time staying here.
